How to claim it
- Apply for Rakuten Card Academy
- Have Rakuten Card Academy issued through a new application
- Complete the initial registration on Rakuten e-NAVI after the card arrives
- Use the card at least 3 times by the end of the month following the month of the card application
- Complete the bank account transfer setup by the 25th of the second month following the month of the card application
